Stephen Hall
PAST CHAIR
Stephen Hall is a Senior member of ASQ. He retired in December 2018 from NAIT – the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, where he taught Quality Management, Project Management and Lean Six Sigma courses. He earned his Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) in 2002 and added ASQ certificates as a Quality Engineer and Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence. He also earned the ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt.
Over 30 years of experience in Quality Management, Project Management and IT has given him a wide perspective. Most of his career has been spent as an independent consultant, managing or holding significant roles on projects in areas such as CANADARM II on the International Space Station, telecommunication, Insurance, Federal and Provincial governments and the Canadian Military. He has worked extensively throughout Canada and the US.
Outside of work, he enjoys photography, gardening and woodworking. He has two adult children and two beautiful granddaughters.

Norman law
Secretary & PAR Chair
Norman is currently a Quality Manager at NDT Global in Edmonton. He has 10 years of experience in a variety of quality, engineering and project management roles. Norman is passionate about continuous improvement, and has a natural curiosity about how businesses can work better. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, investing, and reading popular science books. He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Project Management Professional (PMP), and is currently in the process of obtaining Six Sigma certification from ASQ.

Vick Mehta, P.Eng. CQM, CQE, CSSBB
Education Chair
Vick is a Chemical Engineer & Quality Professional presently working as Director of Corporate Quality for Stream-Flo / Master-Flo Group of Companies responsible for providing effective leadership & strategy to quality management systems & enhancing experience of its global customer base.
Earlier he worked at GE Oil & Gas with increasing levels of responsibilities as Global QMS Leader for more than 16 years. During his career with GE, Vick held senior leadership roles & was responsible for Quality Management System development. deployment, auditing & integration of quality management system of more than 20 GE Oil & Gas operations across the business. He played a key role in driving business performance & achieved excellent results in failure prevention & regulatory compliance.
Vick has been associated with ASQ Edmonton section executive for more than 15 years as Certification & Re-certification Chair & mentored & coached several members in their pursuit for ASQ certification. Vick obtained ASQ certifications CMQ/OE, CQE & CSSBB & currently volunteers as Education Chair. Vick is Exemplar Global Certified QMS Lead Auditor & Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 management systems.

Puneet Manchanda
PAST CHAIR
Puneet has been involved with the Edmonton chapter for last 12 years and has held various positions in the Edmonton chapter including Section Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Membership Chair, Program Chair, and Voice of Customer Chair. Puneet currently holds the ASQ-CMQ/OE, RABQSA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Management Systems and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. Puneet also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with specialization in Marketing. Puneet has 30+ years of combined professional experience in the area of Power Products, IT and ISO 9001 Quality System. Puneet is currently employed as a Quality Professional with Enbridge Inc.
